AMP has awarded Suncorp Investment Management a $35 million Australian equities ethical mandate as part of its Responsible Leaders Fund.

Suncorp Investment Management alsopicked up a $100 million fi xed income mandate from Canberra-based government agency the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation.

"We have been successful in winning business for our ethical mandates," Suncorpbusiness development manager John Hamer said.

Suncorp has also launched a High Alpha Trust, which was seeded internally for $58 million in January.

 
 

"We are in talks with institutional investors about the fund," Hamer said.

The investment manager has garnered over $130 million in fund inflows for its Australian Wholesale Equities Fund, which is listed on van Eyk's multi-manager product, the Blueprint Series.
