BT Wrap has added the open-ended, unlisted Pentacle Diversified Property Fund - Enhanced to its list of property products.

BT Wrap has added the open-ended, unlisted Pentacle Diversified Property Fund - Enhanced to its list of property products.

BT said the decision was a result of strong demand from financial planners.

The fund has a multi-manager mix of around 10 unlisted wholesale managers, including Centro, Investa, Macquarie and Lend Lease.

"Many advisers . see the benefits of access to highly-prized wholesale property managers that retail investors cannot access themselves due to the large minimum application amounts," Pentacle Property Funds Management executive director of institutional marketing Rohan Kerr said.
