Amundi Australia chief executive Richard Borysiewicz has left the firm.

Amundi Asset Management Australia chief executive Richard Borysiewicz has left the asset manager.

The asset manager has appointed Brian Scott as Amundi country head for Australia and New Zealand and chief executive of the local branch.

Scott comes from Schroder Investment Management, where he spent three and a half years as head of sales.

Before this, he worked for six and a half years at State Street Global Advisors as head of institutional sales and before that as head of consultant relations.

 
 

He also had stints with Colonial First State in the company's institutional business development division, National Mutual as a senior business manager, and Towers Perrin in a variety of specialist, product and consulting roles.
