Quadrant Super has switched its front-end online software provider.

Tasmanian super fund Quadrant Super has replaced Bravura's ePASS with Financial Synergy's online services software Acurity Online.

Quadrant has used Financial Synergy's platform for its back-end services for five years, but has now also adopted the firm's technology for customer facing software.

"We were looking for a contemporary product that could deliver agility, quality and usability," Quadrant Super fund operation and technology general manager Steve Thomas said. "With the superannuation landscape changing, we needed a solution that would adapt well to change to meet our future requirements," he said.

"The Acurity Online web application provides our members and employers with real-time access to data, simple straight-through processing and a range of calculators. The solution is comprehensive, intuitive and uncomplicated," Thomas said.

Thomas was also comfortable with the ability of the system to deal with legislative change.

"In my opinion, Acurity has a very good track record in delivering on legislative changes, for example, we were impressed by Acurity's seamless integration of Simple Super changes," Thomas said.

The fund did not disclose any financial details of the contract.
