ClickSuper signs up Aurion

Cuscal signs up Aurion for the use of its SuperStream-compliant system, ClickSuper.

Superannuation back-office system provider ClickSuper has signed an agreement with HR solutions provider Aurion for using the company's employee superannuation contributions and deduction system.

The system will be used to service Aurion's 250 business customers in Australia.

ClickSuper, which is owned and developed by Cuscal, is an automated, straight-through solution for paying superannuation contributions, rollovers and other employee deductions.

"We selected ClickSuper as it integrates easily with our other payroll systems. Using an electronic tool to pay superannuation contributions rather than relying on a manual, cheque-based system, offers us the opportunity to save time and money," Aurion commercial and operations general manager Frank Gilmartin said.

"With ClickSuper, we can facilitate and track superannuation payments from the employer straight to their employees' superannuation fund. This ultimately offers value to an employee, as it reduces the time their money is out of the investment cycle," he said.

Cuscal said it has seen more demand for the product as the industry is gearing up to implement the SuperStream proposals.

"We are seeing more payroll organisations embracing the principles of the SuperStream initiative by choosing electronic alternatives," Cuscal general manager David Heine.
