Ibbotson appoints insto manager

Ibbotson has appointed a new institutional business manager.

Asset allocation and portfolio construction services provider Ibbotson Associates has appointed Glen Giddings as manager of institutional business.

Giddings joins from BlackRock, where he was a client group director.

He has also worked at Barclays Global Investors, where he was responsible for institutional client relationships.

"Ibbotson delivers comprehensive investment advice and solutions from dynamic investment strategy to portfolio construction and efficient implementation. The appointment of Glen will enable Ibbotson to further build on the delivery of our services into the institutional market," Ibbotson investment services general manager Chris Galloway said.
