ClearView has expanded its adviser network.

Listed financial services firm ClearView Wealth has added Lambert Investments to its distribution network, lifting client numbers by 6000 and boosting funds under administration by $100 million and in-force life insurance premiums by $8 million.

Lambert Investments has five financial advisers and is led by financial planner and managing director Ron Lambert. He will operate as a corporate authorised representative of ClearView.

The firm, which has offices in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane, joined ClearView as of 23 September.

It will continue to provide financial planning products and services, including life insurance, investments, superannuation, retirement planning and estate planning.

Lambert said he joined ClearView because of similarities in the business model and make-up of the firm's client base, which included a large number of pensioners. He also said he had a good relationship with ClearView managing director Simon Swanson, dating back from the time Swanson was CommInsure managing director.       "The main reason [for joining ClearView] is the strong relationship with senior management," Lambert told InvestorDaily.
