IFSA members voted for a new deputy chairman and the board appointed two new board members following the group's AGM.

Perpetual's David Deverall has been named joint deputy chairman of the Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA).

IFSA also named two new board members, Franklin Templeton Investments managing director Maria Wilton and Colonial First State Investments chief executive Brian Bissaker.

The roles were announced after the associations annual general meeting held on February 26.

AMP Financial Service's managing director Craig Dunn remains the association chairman, while Vanguard Investments managing director Jeremy Duffield continues as joint deputy chairman.
