Ms Bertora and Mr Burke each have over a decade’s experience, with Ms Bertora joining Sunsuper from Westpac and St George Bank, where she held specialist roles in wealth, and investments and deposits.
Mr Burke was formerly a senior wealth specialist at Citibank, and also served as the Association of Financial Advisers’ GenXt Queensland chair for three years.
The two appointments form part of an ongoing commitment to growth in the retail distribution space, Sunsuper said, with retail distribution and advice national manager Anne Fuchs adding that supporting financial advisers was part of this strategy.
“At Sunsuper, we’re doing our bit to make it easier for Australians to access high-quality, low-cost super and pension products like Sunsuper’s by continuing to invest in dedicated staff and services for financial advisers wanting to partner with us,” Ms Fuchs said.
