Equity Trustees head of asset management resigns

Paul Kasian, the head of asset management at Equity Trustees, has resigned from his role effective immediately.

Following the resignation of Paul Kasian, Equity Trustees head of cash and fixed income Lance Pupelis will lead the in-house asset management team on an interim basis.

Equity Trustees managing director Robin Burns said the in-house equity team "remains steadfastly committed to our long term investment philosophy".

"It is an approach which has been developed and implemented over many decades by our team of experienced investment professionals," Mr Burns said.

"I am very confident that the team will continue to provide the strong investment performance, service and advice that our clients expect and deserve."

Mr Kasian joined Equity Trustees in June 2013.
