Ms Singh has also worked at Ellerston Capital and Macquarie, and Watermark said her appointment was intended to meet growing investor demand for alternative investment strategies.

“As global share market volatility continues; we are experiencing a growing demand for absolute return products. In a sustained low interest rate environment, investors are looking for alternatives to traditional long only funds,” Mr Braitling said.
