The fund, which uses a concentrated portfolio of “between 30 to 50 stocks that represent the ‘best ideas’ in the global market” was launched in December 2015. It is managed by American Century Investments.
“We’re delighted that our newest fund has received a ‘recommended’ rating in its maiden review,” Zurich Investments national sales manager Linda Stangherlin said.
“This concentrated approach to stock selection allows the portfolio team to emphasise their best ideas and capitalise on American Century’s time-tested growth approach.”
Lonsec said the fund had a “differentiated and well-articulated investment philosophy” and a “capable” portfolio management team.
