“Andrew has extensive knowledge of the local and global funds management industry and proven capabilities in asset allocation, portfolio design and manager selection, as well as portfolio management,” said Treasury Group chief executive Andrew McGill.
The appointment represents the creation of a new executive role, in which Mr Howard will lead the development of the group’s portfolio of investment products for its partner boutiques, Treasury Group said in a statement.
He will work alongside existing executives to help identify new boutiques to invest in, the group added.
