Ms Lane is currently a non-executive director of Slater & Gordon, and previously served as a non-executive director of Victorian Funds Management Corporation, Eastern Health and the Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation.
According to a Wilson HTM announcement on the ASX, Ms Lane brings with her “extensive experience in professional services, healthcare and financial services, including in funds management, banking, insurance and investment banking”.
Ms Lane has held senior positions with ANZ, initially as head of group performance management in finance, and then as general manager of insurance and trustees.
“She has also worked with Booz Allen & Hamilton, with Unisys in IT development and with Arthur Andersen in business consulting,” said the statement.
