Ms Penrose has performed the role of company secretary since April 2010.
Acting chief executive Sandy Grant said the company was grateful for Ms Penrose’s contribution to the company in the past four years.
“Karen’s financial leadership has assisted the company during a challenging period,” said Mr Grant.
