Megan Beer has been appointed director of insurance, and comes to AMP from NAB. She will begin her new role in February.
Ms Beer has more than 20 years' experience in the actuarial and insurance industry.
Patricia Montague has been promoted to director of superannuation with responsibility for superannuation, retirement and platform investment products.
Ms Montague joined AMP in August 2013 as director of wealth management products. She was previously general manager of retail customers and transformation at the Commonwealth Bank.
Melinda Howes joins AMP as director of product strategy and services following her three-year stint as chief executive of the Actuaries Institute.
AMP has also announced the appointment of Steve Helmich as executive director of financial planning.
