UniSuper chief executive Kevin O’Sullivan said technology is a “critical enabler for the Stronger Super changes”.

"With Shane’s expertise, our people will be able to deliver well on our technology and project requirements,” said Mr O’Sullivan.

Mr Leach previously led the UniSuper operations team in delivering in-house administration services, while Mr Anderson was the former head of marketing, communications and education and implemented UniSuper’s member engagement and online strategies.

Mr McCartney has held various management roles in financial advice and corporate super functions across CBA, Colonial First State and BT Financial Group.

He will be responsible for managing UniSuper’s relationships with 37 universities and related research bodies.

Mr O’Sullivan said UniSuper’s new structure and team members will enhance its management capability.

“I’m proud to build on a strong leadership team to continue to deliver on our member outcomes,” he said.
