Mr Gosios will oversee Mercer’s client service teams and will be responsible for servicing, developing and adding value to the firm's client relationships.
He joins Mercer from Superpartners where he held the position of national manager, relationship management.
Mercer's financial services business leader for the Pacific, Ben Walsh, said Mr Gosios’s extensive background in the financial services industry and his skills and experience will help Mercer deliver value and quality to its clients.
“Sam is a strong strategic and people leader and we are looking forward to watching him develop strong relationships moving forward,” he said.
Mr Gosios said he has a “passion for building long-term relationships that add value to clients “and is “looking forward to putting this into action at Mercer”.
