Prior to joining ACPI Mr Moreno was the founder and managing partner at EM Quest Capital.
He has also held roles at Sydbank, Global Evolution and DWS Investments and has a total of 15 years of experience managing portfolios in both long and absolute return emerging market products.
ACPI Investment Managers co-chief executive Brett Lankester said Mr Moreno has a strong background in emerging markets and that his knowledge of frontier markets will be valuable.
