Ms Blight-Johnston has held a number of senior executive roles in life insurance in Australia and overseas.
She first joined AMP in 2013 and is responsible for AMP’s risk insurance, retail superannuation, investment, pensions and platforms business portfolio.
Prior to joining AMP, Ms Blight-Johnston was managing director of RGA Reinsurance Company of Australia and chief financial officer and appointed actuary for Asteron Life.

She was previously on the FSC board from February 2010 until November 2012.
FSC chairman Greg Cooper said with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, “Pauline brings a wealth of knowledge to the FSC board”.
