Mr Sustersic will manage the Lazard US Small Cap Equity Growth strategy and the Lazard US Small Cap Equity Growth Concentrated strategy.
He joins Lazard Asset Management from Turner Investments where he was a senior portfolio manager and principal, serving as the lead portfolio manager for the Turner Emerging Growth Fund.
Lazard Asset Management chief executive for the Pacific Susan Roberts said Mr Sustersic has more than “20 years of experience and a proven track record in the sector”.
