Energy Super chief executive Robyn Petrou said Mr Graus’ appointment comes after a year of strong performances by all of the fund’s investment options.
“During the past five years, Energy Super’s funds under management have grown from $2.4 billion to more than $5 billion,” said Ms Petrou.
Mr Graus will work with Energy Super’s board, existing in-house investments team and external asset consultants, she said.
He joins Energy Super after working with industry fund ESSS’ investment team for more than five years, and the Victorian Funds Management Corporation for more than a decade.
