Mr Deda has over 19 years of experience in senior finance and operations roles, predominantly within the IT and professional services sectors.
Most recently he served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at regional law firm Minter Ellison.
Prior to this, Mr Deda was chief financial officer of iSOFT, an ASX200 listed global healthcare IT provider, and regional chief operating officer and chief financial officer at CSC for central and Eastern Europe.
