In a statement to the ASX, DUI chairman Charles Goode said Mr Larke started his new position on 17 March 2015.
Mr Larke is currently the managing director and chief executive of IXOM (formerly the chemicals division of Orica) and is a non-executive director of DuluxGroup.
“Mr Andrew Larke brings significant business and financial experience to the board. He has held senior corporate strategy roles in Orica Ltd and North Ltd and been involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestments as well as financial management,” the statement said.
