Brian Peters will replace Graham Sammells, who will remain involved with the company in a director role.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Peters said he is excited about the future opportunities for IQ Group.
“I am joining IQ Group at a pivotal point in which the superannuation and wealth management industry is transitioning to a new future – and this is enabling IQ Group to also further innovate to support this change and meet market demands,” Mr Peters said.
Mr Peters will assume operational responsibility for the company’s growth and strategic vision, a statement issued by IQ Group said.
