Sarah Usher joins the Qualitas from the treasury team at Transurban, where she was responsible for financial modelling, debt-raising and valuation analysis.
Before that, Ms Usher worked in the private equity team at the Future Fund.
Qualitas has also appointed Ruth McClelland as head of compliance and legal and Chandni Haribhai as a risk analyst.
Ms McClelland makes the move from K2 Asset Management where she was general counsel and company secretary.
Ms Haribhai was most recently at ANZ where she managed a portfolio of property sector clients in the bank's institutional property group.
Qualitas group managing director Andrew Schwartz said each of the three appointments will bring specific expertise to the company.
"Clients expect compliance and risk management to be taken very seriously by the investment companies they deal with, and we are very pleased to have attracted such high-qualified professionals to join Qualitas," Mr Schwartz said.
