Christine Feldmanis, a former managing director of Treasury Group Investment Services, has been appointed in the role.
Bell Asset Management deputy chairman, Colin Bell, said Ms Feldmanis’ “wealth of experience” will benefit the existing team.
“We are thrilled that Christine has agreed to take on this role and her involvement will add real strength and depth to the business,” Mr Bell said.
“We will benefit significantly from her strategic management skills and extensive knowledge, particularly her more than 10 years of assisting boutique investment firms grow.”
Ms Feldmanis’ appointment follows Nina Redfern's earlier this year as head of distribution.
