Ms Finnigan will head up private wealth at Nikko Asset Management Australia, making the move from her position as director for distribution and adviser services at Mason Stevens.
Ms Finnigan, who has more than 15 years of experience, will oversee Nikko AM's relationships with non-aligned financial advisers as well as the high-net-worth and SMSF market segments.
She will report to Nikko AM Australia managing director Sam Hallinan.

For her part, Ms Finnigan said she was excited to join "Asia's premier global asset manager".
