Amanda Conner will be responsible for executing in-field sales for State Street's wealth management arm.
A former Goldman Sachs Asset Management and AMP Capital executive, Syvanna Croyden, has also been named in the role.
State Street Global Advisors managing director and head of distribution, Peter Mitchell, said the appointments are a significant move for the company.
“The move has been a great success in terms of the client relationships we have developed and the diversity of the conversations we are having about creating solutions for specific problems rather than simply creating products,” Mr Mitchell said.
He added that the appointments reflect the company's entrance three years ago into the managed fund sales space.
