Jack Chemello has been appointed as investment director and principal.
Mr Chemello has also held positions with ING Investment Management, where he was co-head of emerging equities.
In addition to Mr Chemello, Suellen Morgan and Mary Feros have also been named as investment director and principal.

Ms Morgan has held positions with 452 Capital, Colonial First State and Deutsche Bank.
Ms Feros joins Touchstone from Advance Funds Management, where she was the portfolio manager for Australian equities.
The directors will be responsible for Touchstone’s portfolio construction and investment strategy.
