Treasury Group has appointed a new independent non-executive director to its board following the resignation of Andrew McGill.

The current director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Tony Robinson, has been named as an independent non-executive director.

Treasury Group chairman Mike Fitzpatrick said: “We are delighted that Tony has agreed to join us on the boards of Treasury Group and Aurora.

“Tony’s extensive experience in the financial services sector and on ASX-listed boards will be of great value to the group.
