AMP Capital appoints new portfolio manager

AMP Capital has named a new portfolio manager of its capital property New Zealand portfolio.

Nick Cobham will join AMP Capital in late November as a portfolio manager of the firm’s capital property New Zealand portfolio.

Mr Cobham will be responsible for delivering the strategy, growth and investment performance of the portfolio, a statement issued by AMP Capital said.

AMP Capital head of property funds management Chris Judd said: “Nick is a highly experienced fund manager, who has worked in property and property funds management for more than 20 years.

Mr Cobham joins AMP Capital from specialised industrial investment company, Property for Industry, where he was the joint general manager.
