Harry Tan, who joins TH Real Estate from Grosvenor, has been named as the company’s director and head of research, Asia Pacific.
Mr Tan will be responsible for providing strategic advice to the corporate business and its clients in the context of the Asia-Pacific market, a company statement said.
He will also contribute to TH Real Estate’s research function, providing national, sector and local market analysis and forecasts.
TH Real Estate managing director, Asia Pacific, Chris Reilly said: “[Mr Tan] brings exceptional skills and experience to TH Real Estate’s Asia Pacific team.”
“As we continue to build a pipeline of global product opportunities, Harry’s experience and strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific markets will enhance our offering across local market, sector and asset-level advice, helping to guide our strategic focus across the region,” he said.
As well as at Grosvenor, Mr Tan has held positions with MEAG Pacific Star, JP Morgan Chase and Nomura Securities.
