Mr Davies will move out of his recruitment role at Fiducian Financial Services, taking on the position of practice development manager.
Fiducian head of financial planning Robby Southall said: “We’re promoting internally due to the excellent performance of staff in the past year.”
Fiducian also indicated that its franchises will now shift to a geographic structure rather than using a segment-based model.

As a result, Mr Davies will be responsible for the northern region. Stephen Batchelor will serve as the practice development manager for the southern region.
