Stuart Wardman-Browne, previously co-head of Champ Ventures, will assist in sourcing and evaluating direct investment opportunities, executing transactions and raising funds.
IFM head of private capital Steve Lipchin said Mr Wardman-Browne has “an exceptional investment record” and prior experience with IFM through limited partner commitments in multiple Champ Ventures funds.
“As we build on our private capital offerings, Stuart will be integral to shaping our model capabilities,” said Mr Lipchin, adding that the appointment marks the “evolution and growth” of IFM’s private capital sector.
