Ms Kelsall has a wealth of experience in the finance, audit and risk sectors, and has chaired a number of boards and committees in the past.
VicSuper chairman Bruce Hartnett said he was thrilled with the appointment, and at the same time acknowledged outgoing board member Stan Odachowski.
“[Ms Kelsall] brings with her a wealth of experience, having served on numerous boards in both the private and public sectors. I’d also like to thank Stan for his time on the VicSuper board and wish him well for his future endeavours,” he said.
Ms Kelsall also serves on the boards of RACV, Australian Health Service Alliance and Melbourne Water Corporation, among others.
