Ms Dean moves to TH from JLL, where she was head of sustainability for the company’s property and asset management business.
In her new role, she will be responsible for minimising accelerated depreciation risk and early obsolescence across the business’ real estate assets portfolio.
TH Real Estate head Mike Sales said Ms Dean was a good fit for the role, citing her extensive understanding of the sector as an asset to the business’ approach.
“Abigail brings a wealth of experience and is ideally suited to push forward the sustainable strategy of TH Real Estate, making certain it is embedded in every aspect of our business,” he said.
Ms Dean is also an active member of the Better Buildings Partnership, sitting on a number of its working groups, and has also been involved with the World Green Building Council’s Better Place for People campaign.
