Prior to this appointment Mr Rowley ran his own boutique consulting firm, and has previously held a number of senior roles across the industry, having worked in wealth and investment management for over 20 years.
The company said it was pleased with the appointment, with Bridge director of strategy and transformation Bruce Russell adding that Mr Rowley’s appointment came during a time of “exciting growth” for the business.
“Dale’s appointment brings a complementary skill set, enabling us to provide a broader range of consulting services to meet client needs,” he said.
Mr Rowley brings “deep experience” in business delivery and product strategy which is “underpinned by in-depth knowledge across the entire product development life cycle,” the company said.
Bridge has recently announced the appointments of a number of senior staff, including associate director of the delivery team Stuart Folkard and director Craig Plane.
