Ms Ray has a wealth of experience across the commercial property sector, having worked in a variety of roles including property asset manager, valuer and asset surveyor.
In her time working in the sector, Ms Ray has worked with a number of different companies both in Australia and the United Kingdom, Frontier Advisors said.
The company said Ms Ray’s new role will see her working more broadly across the business’ real assets specialisations, though added that the appointment “extends” the business’ specialist capability in the property area.
“Frontier has increased its head count confidently over the last year, with the firm now at an all-time high in that regard,” the company said.
“New consulting staff have been appointed in generalist and client service capacities, and also in sector specific roles.”
Frontier Advisors director of strategy and people, Kerrie Williams, said the business aimed to maintain a broad mix of experience among staff.
“It is important for investment consultants to offer a wide range of skills, backgrounds and perspectives and we’ve put enormous effort into building as much depth and breadth as possible into the combined experience of our team,” she said.
