Ms Bu joins Parametric from State Street, where she worked as a derivatives analyst, and in her new role will be responsible for managing clients’ intra-day requirements, reporting directly to Parametric Australasian chief executive Chris Briant.
"We are excited about recruiting someone of Susan's calibre to the Australian team to help meet the demands of our growing business,” Mr Briant said.

Ms Bu commented that she intended to assist Paramteric develop solutions for superannuation funds.
“I believe Parametric can make a real difference to superannuation funds and their members and think it's important to start with the problems that funds haven't solved yet, or at least haven't solved properly,” she said.
"It's good to be working with a firm with custom capabilities rather than simply 'off the shelf' products and processes, and I am looking forward to working with Parametric to help deliver these solutions to the market.”
