VicSuper said the new role would focus on expanding the fund's product offering, particularly in the retirement income space.
Amanda Hoffmann joins VicSuper from Industry Fund Services where she was the senior product manager.
Before that, Ms Hoffmann held senior product management roles with companies such as Orchard Funds Management and the Trust Company of Australia.
