Ms Henderson has more than three decades of experience in financial services across Australia and the UK, having worked previously for KPMG, Arthur Andersen and WM Company, and Bravura chair Brian Mitchell said her experience would be an asset to the board.
“Alexa has a deep understanding of the financial services landscape across the Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions,” he said.
“Her wealth of knowledge and experience will be of significant value to the Bravura board.”
Ms Henderson has a “strong background” in governance, audit, and risk management practices and processes, the company said, and currently serves on the boards of five other financial services companies in the UK.
“I’m delighted to be joining a market-leading international fintech firm that has a proven track record of innovation and delivery, with a growing base of wealth management and funds administration clients. I look forward to contributing to Bravura’s future growth,” Ms Henderson said.
