Ms Li joins Savills IM with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience covering Australian and New Zealand.
Before joining Savills IM, Ms Li spent 10 years at GE Capital Real Estate and has also held roles at Fosun Property Holdings, DEXUS and AMP.
She will work closely with head of investment Lee Tredwell in the role, according to a statement by the company.

Mr Tredwell said Ms Li would be an important addition to the investment team.
"Her appointment bolsters Savills IM’s presence as a local operating partner that is capable of independently sourcing and managing our assets across different markets as we seek to pursue other opportunities across the region," he said.
