Capgemini appoints chief operating officer

Capgemini has appointed a new chief operating officer to its Australian and New Zealand division.

Olaf Pietschner was named chief operating officer of Capgemini Australian and New Zealand (ANZ).

Mr Pietschner’s past roles include chief investment officer of Origin Energy and IT director of News Corp where he focused on the business’ digital transformation.

Head of Capgemini ANZ Nicolas Aidoud said Mr Pietschner brings with him “extensive experience in business, technology consulting and digital transformation”.
