David Whitby will join Bennelong with two decades’ industry experience under his belt and makes the move after two years at BetaShares and more than eight years in client services positions at GMO before that.
Mr Whitby will report to head of wholesale sales Jonas Daly and will service high-net-worth and advisory groups, key accounts and aligned planners, the statement said.
“David’s appointment ensures we have the team in place to continue working closely with financial advisers and provide them with the resources and support they require to build portfolios,” Mr Daly said.
