Dexus funds management GM departs

Dexus has announced that its general manager for funds management, Graham Pearson, will leave the company after 12 years.

Graham Pearson will part ways with Dexus in January 2018 after 12 years with the property and investment management firm.

Dexus chief executive Darren Steinberg said, "I would like to thank Graham for his long standing contribution to the group. Our funds management business is in great shape and we wish him all the best for his future endeavours."

Mr Graham joined Dexus in 2005 as the fund manager for Dexus Wholesale Property Fund, holding the position for nine years. More recently, he was a group executive overseeing the funds management business for Dexus.

Deborah Coakley has been promoted to replace Mr Graham. Ms Coakley has been part of the Dexus executive team for four years and previously worked as a partner at Deloitte.
