The Lawyers Weekly Corporate Counsel Awards were held by InvestorDaily sister title Lawyers Weekly at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney on Thursday night.
The Banking and Finance Lawyer of the Year award was won by Catherine James, Challenger's head of legal, corporate and investments.
Ms James also won the highly coveted Lawyers Weekly Corporate Counsel Excellence Award.

The Banking and Finance Team of the Year was American Express Australia, and the Insurance Lawyer of the Year category was won by Elissa Baxter of Lawcover Insurance.
