Glen Foster has been named as the new portfolio manager having spent 15 years in the financial services industry.
Most recently Mr Foster has been a portfolio manager at Perpetual Limited where he managed the diversified and smart beta strategies within the multi-asset team.
Mr Foster said he was excited to join the team and said he was attracted to the brands philosophy.
“I was particularly attracted to the investment philosophy and discipline around risk that I believe is key to delivering consistent outcomes for clients over the long term,” he said.
Atrium’s chief executive Alex Hone said the Mr Foster had considerable experience in the industry and he would be a real asset to the team.
“The appointment of Glen, given his multi asset and quantitative experience on a global basis, is highly complementary and will strengthen and extend the capability of the existing Atrium Investment team,” said Mr Hone.
