Matthew Walton, formerly CFO at Afterpay and Vow Financial will take on the CFO role later this month.
Mr Walton was formerly at Afterpay and Vow Financial and has also worked in senior finance positions at Yellow Brick Road, Westpac and BT Financial group and was also the interim CFO at eftpos.
GBST Holdings chief executive and managing director Rob DeDominicis said that the company was delighted to bring Mr Walton on board.
