Adam Tweedale has joined the new office as distribution manager for the southern region where he will be in charge of LAM sales and marketing in the region.
Mr Tweedale, formerly state manager for Copia Investment Partners has also been a director of distribution at Bennelong Funds Management.
Lazard Asset Management’s chief executive Paul Cuddy said expanding the team demonstrated the firms commitment to it’s southern clients.
“Expanding Lazard Asset Management’s footprint in Australia is a demonstrable commitment to servicing both our retail and institutional clients located in the southern regions of the country,” he said.
Mr Cuddy said having someone of Mr Tweedale’s capabilities was a huge asset to the team and that he was excited to see how it would go.
“We are delighted that Adam has agreed to join our team. He brings with him outstanding investment and business development credentials,” he said.
